You will be asked to download and save a file, which you should save to your Desktop. Then, once it’s downloaded, double-click on that file. It won’t install any other files, but will begin your Remote Assistance Connection.You will receive a Customer ID Number and a Password, which you will give to the Tech on the phone, to authenticate the session.
The whole process should take about 30 – 45 seconds, and you will have a remote connection to our tech.
